Description
The Abbey is an early 19th-century house located on Colonel's Lane in Chertsey. It is two stories high and features four windows. The exterior is roughcast and limewashed, with rusticated quoins. The roof is hipped and covered with slate, and it has a small eaves soffit. The windows are sash style with glazing bars and are surrounded by moulded architraves. The entrance is framed by a stucco doorcase. In front of the house, there is a lawned garden bordered by a low brown brick wall, which has stone spheres on the caps of squat piers.
