Description

This 18th-century outbuilding, located on Colonel's Lane in Chertsey, is a two-storey, long brick structure with an old tiled roof. The building is limewashed, with a rendered plinth painted black. On the north front, there is a warehouse-type door near the centre of the first floor. The east end of the building has been converted into a residence, featuring casement windows with glazing bars on the first floor and a three-light casement on the ground floor. The entrance door is glazed with relatively small panes. This building is an interesting terminal structure facing the Green and holds group value in its important position.
