Description
Woburn Hill is a large and attractive house built in 1815, situated in a prominent position. The house is constructed of amber brick and has three storeys with five sash windows that include glazing bars. Notably, there are two full-height bow windows on either side of the central entrance, which features a glazed door leading to the garden. The windows are topped with gauged flat arches and the building has floor bands. The porch is supported by fluted Greek Doric columns, and there is an iron balustrade above that forms a balcony in front of the central first-floor window. The roof is slate, and a moulded cornice runs around the entire building.
