Description
The archway on the east side of the main entrance drive of Woburn Park dates from the mid-18th century and was designed by William Kent. It is a fine example of rusticated brickwork, standing about 15 feet high. The archway features a round arch with a keystone and a pediment above. The rustications are heavy and include square channels. Woburn Park and the listed structures within its grounds form a group.
