Description

This is a barn located to the rear of Grove Farm House, dating from the late 16th century to early 17th century, with additional bays from the 18th and 19th centuries. The barn is timber framed and sits on a brick plinth, featuring weatherboard cladding and a corrugated iron roof. It consists of four framed bays with opposing wagon entries, and the left bay is floored. The structure has jowled main posts and a Queen-strut, clasped purlin roof. The barn is included in the listing for its group value only.
