This is a 17th-century timber-framed farmhouse located on Wheeler's Lane, Brockham. The house has brick infilling between the timbers, with the first floor at the west end tile-hung. It features a half-hipped tiled roof, with a pentice behind it and a tall brick chimney breast rising from the center. A second, crow-stepped chimney breast is centrally positioned at the front.
