Moat House Farmhouse is a 17th-century timber-framed house located on Wheeler's Lane in Brockham. It features painted brick infilling, with the ground floor rebuilt in painted brick. The house has a tiled roof and casement windows, and it is two storeys tall with two windows on the front. There is a later extension to the north, which has a tile-hung gable and three casement windows.
