Hill Farmhouse, formerly known as Westcott Hill Farmhouse, is a long 18th century house that stands two storeys high and features seven windows. The exterior is stuccoed, and it has a hipped tiled roof. The glazing bars are intact, and there is a porch with double doors made up of six fielded panels.
