Description

Holly Cottage is a 17th-century small cottage located on Parsonage Lane in Westcott. It features rubble walls on the west side, with the north and west sides stuccoed and the south side plastered. There is a brick outshot at the rear and a tiled roof, which includes a chimney breast on the northern wall that has a bread oven. The cottage has one storey and an attic, with two casement windows and two gabled dormers. Inside, the timbering is exposed, showcasing purlins and braces.
