Description

This granary, dating from around 1800, is located approximately 15 metres north-east of Bocketts Farmhouse. It features a weatherboarded timber frame supported by staddle stones and is a square single cell structure. The east front has a raised doorway topped with a small pitched canopy, while the sides are fitted with louvred ventilators. Inside, there are wooden grain bins with slots for shuttering. This granary is a small but significant part of a notably complete group of farm buildings on the site.
