Description

Nos 94 and 96 on South Street are early 19th century or possibly older buildings featuring a slate hipped roof with a central chimney stack. They are two storeys tall and constructed of painted brick. The front facade has four windows, which are sash windows with flush boxes and intact glazing bars. The northern wall is tile-hung above and brick below. On the ground floor, there are shop fronts on the east side: No 96 has bow windows that curve inward to a central doorway, while No 94 features an early to mid 19th century shop front. Inside, the beams are exposed.
