Description
This cart shed, located approximately 10 metres north-west of Highlands Farmhouse, dates from around 1800 and is now used as a garage and store. It features a weatherboarded timber frame set on a brick plinth, topped with a red tile roof. The structure has a rectangular six-bay plan aligned on a north-west to south-east axis. The front is open and faces north-east, with short angle-struts connecting the posts to the arcade-plate, and arch-bracing supporting the tie-beams.
