Description

This is an 18th-century mill house located on Wonham Lane in Betchworth. The house is constructed of red/brown brick with a plain tiled roof. It is two storeys high with attics in the gable ends, and features stacks at each end. A wooden eaves cornice runs along the top of the building. The first floor has three cambered-head sash windows with glazing bars; below are two sash windows with 16 panes of glazing bars. A central panelled door is set within a pedimented porch, with 20th-century brick walls filling in the sides. A brick mill is situated to the rear, but is not considered to be of particular architectural interest.
