Description

Roslyn is an 18th-century building of two storeys. It has a mathematical tile roof, and features two sash windows with decorative "brick" heads. A central doorcase is defined by an architrave, keyblock, and cornice supported by brackets. The eaves are slightly coved, and the roof is a mansard with old tiles, punctuated by two small, flat-topped dormers. A painted weatherboarded gable is at one end. The building forms a group with the Watch House, Engine House, Church of St Michael, Hidden Cottage, and numbers 2 to 10 (even).
