Description

The Arthur White tomb, located about 20 meters west of the Church of St John, is a chest tomb dating from 1816. It is constructed of ashlar and features panelled sides, fluted end pilasters, and a frieze with worn fluting on the caps. The tomb has a cornice and a stepped plinth leading to a hipped capping, which is characteristic of the bale tradition.
