Description
This house, located approximately 150 meters southeast of Lee Place, dates from the early 18th century. It is constructed of coursed squared limestone rubble and features a stone slate roof. The building has two storeys and an attic, with a two-unit plan that includes a rear stair turret. On the first floor, there are two windows flanking a blind segmental-headed tablet. The central entrance consists of a half-glazed door with glazing bars, flanked by plate glass sash windows with horns. The house has a central dormer and end stacks. To the left, there is a single-storey and attic service wing that is set back. The interior has not been inspected, but it has been noted that the stair turret contains a newel stair.
