Description
This is a house, likely dating from the mid-18th century, with alterations to the rear in the 20th century. It is constructed of coursed stone rubble with a hipped roof covered in old plain tiles, and a stone ridge stack located centrally. The house probably follows a two-unit lobby-entry plan. The front facade has two storeys and a two-window arrangement. A four-panel, part-glazed door is positioned in the centre, protected by a 20th-century trellis porch. There are two-light casement windows on both floors to the left and right sides. The ground-floor windows have wooden lintels. The interior has not been inspected. This property is included on the heritage list for its contribution to the wider group value of buildings in the area.
