Description
Pond Cottage is a cottage dating from the 17th century or early 18th century, which was remodeled in the mid-19th century. It is constructed of rubble with a Cotswold stone roof and features two rubble ridge chimneys. The building is single-storey with an attic and has four windows, which include chamfered mullions set in rebated surrounds, arranged alternately as three-light and two-light on the ground floor. Above, there are gabled dormers with metal casements. The cottage also has two bracketed gabled porches that lead to ledged doors.
