Description

No. 156 on Oxford Road is a house built in the early 19th century. It is constructed from coursed limestone rubble, featuring ashlar quoins and dressings, and has a gabled stone slate roof with a brick stack at one end. The house has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high with a two-window range. A bracketed flat hood covers a late 19th-century four-panelled door, and there are stone lintels above the 2-light casements. The interior has not been inspected.
