The barn features weatherboarding over a light timber frame, which is set on a limestone rubble plinth, and has a gabled roof covered with old tiles. It has a five-bay layout with a central threshing floor and a gabled midstrey at the rear. Inside, there are braced posts and tie beams supporting a five-bay collar-truss roof, which includes curved inner principals and clasped purlins.
