Description

This barn, located approximately 20 metres southeast of Cantorist House, dates from the 18th century. It features weatherboard cladding over a light timber frame and has a brick plinth in Flemish stretcher bond. The roof is covered with concrete tiles and the structure consists of four bays with aisles. There are blocked double doors facing Cantorist House and a present gable entry, with a half-hipped roof. Inside, the barn has jowled posts that are braced to tie-beams and wall-plates, and a queen-strut roof with clasped purlins.
