Description

This chest tomb, dated 1760, is located approximately 10 meters north of the north aisle of the Church of St. Peter and St. Paul in Wantage. It is constructed from limestone ashlar and features a moulded plinth, a cornice on its flat top, and corner balusters. Fluted pilasters are positioned on either side of an inscription panel, which is mostly illegible.
