Description

75 Ock Street is a building dating to the 17th century, with a timber-framed gable visible at the rear. The front elevation has been modernized with brick and tile hanging. The building has a gabled road frontage, and is rendered on its side, with a rendered extension. The front elevation is two storeys high, with tile hanging. It features a double-hung sash window with glazing bars under a slightly segmental wooden lintel. The ground floor is brick, with a single window lacking glazing bars, and a door with a small wooden hood supported by carved brackets. A two-storey extension to the side is gabled, with a three-light window on the first floor (a modern casement) and a sliding sash window with glazing bars on the ground floor. There is a segmental-headed doorway with a modern porch. Nos. 75 to 81 (odd) form a group.
