Description

This is a late 18th or early 19th century building on Ock Street, constructed of red brick with some areas of rubble and rough cast to the rear, potentially representing earlier 18th-century work. The roof is hipped and covered in slate. The building is two storeys high and originally had three windows, with the central window now blocked. The windows have no glazing bars and are set within gauged brick arches and moulded flush frames. The ground floor windows have been altered, with the addition of gauged brick arches, moulded frames, and glazing bars, with cemented panels flanking the windows. A reeded doorcase, a blocked rectangular fanlight, and a small hood supported by brackets are visible. A modern door has been installed. A plinth runs along the base of the building. The building is part of a group which includes numbers 755 to 81 (odd).
