Description

The former Mr Warricks Arms Hotel is a building dating from the 17th or 18th century. It features a timber frame and has a gabled rear, with some later brick extensions. The building is two storeys high with attics and has a front elevation with a tiled mansard roof, three gabled dormers, and leaded casements. The exterior is made of whitewashed rubble, with the sides rendered. There is a brick dentil eaves cornice. The first floor has three casement windows, while the ground floor has four windows with segmental arches and a central flat arched carriage entrance. Inside, some rooms display exposed beams. An interesting inn sign adds to the building's character.
