Description

This is a mid-18th century urn made of limestone, located approximately 28 meters east-north-east of the north door of Pusey House. The urn features relief carvings of dancing figures in classical dress who are playing musical instruments, and it is set on a square base. It is likely that the urn was originally part of the gardens of Pusey House and was moved to its current position by Simon Hornby around 1950.
