Description
Eaton Hastings House is a house that was formerly a rectory, built in the early 19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble stone with red brick dressings and has a Welsh slate roof with lateral stacks at the rear. The building is two stories high and features a three-window range of 16-pane sash windows. There is a central later porch that has a part-glazed door and single-light casements. On either side of the porch, there are 24-pane sash windows that extend down to the ground and are topped with ganged brick lintels. A band runs along the first floor.
