Description
Barcote Manor's coach house, built around 1876, is located approximately 50 meters east of the main manor. This structure features a courtyard plan with service wings arranged around three sides. It is designed in the Tudor Revival style, constructed from English bond brick with a tiled roof and brick stacks. The building is one storey with a loft, showcasing chamfered segmental arches over doors and a mix of paired sash windows.
To the right, the granary includes irregular hipped dormers and terracotta ventilators. The coach house on the left features a gabled two-bay covered entry supported by cast iron Corinthian columns, with a gabled dormer above displaying the West arms and a ball finial. The roof is topped with a cupola designed to resemble timber framing. There are also one-storey, one-bay blocks that project into the yard, connected to the walls by two sets of double gates. The roof has a gabled design with ridge stacks. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value with Barcote Manor.
