Description
Hill Farmhouse is a farmhouse built around 1820. It features Flemish bond brickwork with flared headers and a Welsh slate roof, along with brick stacks. The building is designed in a U-plan and showcases Regency style. It stands two storeys high and has a three-window range. A Doric porch leads to a panelled door, and there are gauged brick segmental arches over tripartite sash windows to the left, with a sash window above the porch. Mid-19th century two-storey canted bay windows with horned sashes are also present. The eaves are bracketed, and the roof is hipped with lateral and gable end stacks. There is a Doric porch on the left side wall. The rear wall features a central outshut flanked by gabled wings, one of which has a bowed end, all in a similar style with sash windows. The interior has not been inspected.
