Description

No. 30 Rectory Road is a small house dating from the mid-18th century. It is constructed of limestone rubble with brick arches and features an old plain-tile roof with brick gable stacks. The house has a two-unit plan and stands two storeys high. The front has two windows and a central door, with three-light casements and two-light casements above, all topped with brick segmental arches. There are chimney projections on both gables. To the right, there is a lower rubble extension of uncertain date. The house maintains a generally unaltered appearance. The interior has not been inspected. This building is included for its group value.
