Description

The Rectory is a building constructed in 1803 by Daniel Harris. It is made of Flemish bond red brick and features a Welsh slate roof with brick stacks. The plan is asymmetrical, with a fenestration arrangement of 1:1:2, which includes recessed bays, a central porch, and a projecting bay with a pediment on the right. The entrance has a gauged brick round arch over a four-panelled door with an overlight. There are flat brick arches over the sash windows. The roof is gabled and includes end and internal stacks. The right side wall has a similar three-window range and a rear gabled bay with a tripartite sash that opens onto the garden.
