Description

This is a row of five cottages located at 3-6 Fawley Bottom Lane, possibly dating from the mid-18th century with alterations from the mid-19th century. The cottages feature brick ridge stacks and a tiled roof, with flint and brick dressing at the center and brick at both ends. The building has a U-shaped plan and is two stories high, with a six-window range. It has a gabled roof with cross-gables on the left and right sides, and three false dormers at the center. The ground floor has irregular fenestration, including some horizontal sash windows. There are three doors, one for each of the central cottages, each with a tiled gabled porch. The interior has not been inspected.
