Description

Lavender Cottage is a house dating from the late 17th century to early 18th century. It is constructed of limestone rubble with timber lintels and features a thatched roof with narrow-brick gable stacks. The layout is likely a two-unit plan, and the building has one storey plus attics. The front of the cottage includes a central door flanked by pairs of 2-light casement windows, and there are three roof dormers. To the left, there is a lower tiled range. The interior has not been inspected.
