Description

Moreton Cottage is a house dating from the 17th century, with alterations made in the 20th century. The ground floor is finished in painted brick, while the upper part features large timber framing with arched bracing and rendered infill. It has a plain-tile roof from the 20th century and brick stacks at both ends. The building is a single storey with an attic and has a five-window range. There is a 20th-century door at the rear, and angled bay windows at the center and right, with the right bay featuring glazed double doors. The windows are irregularly arranged and consist of 20th-century casements. There are five hipped dormers, each with two-light casements. The interior has not been inspected.
