Description

Spencer Cottage is likely an early 19th-century house located in Thame, Moreton. The exterior is rendered on brick, with yellow brick quoining and a plain-tile roof. Brick end stacks are also present. The house is two storeys high with a two-window front. A six-panel, part-glazed door sits centrally, protected by a brick flat arch with a brick keystone. All windows are 16-pane unhorned sash windows, with the ground-floor windows having brick flat arches and brick keystones. The interior has not been inspected. The building is included on the heritage list for its group value.
