Folly Cottage is a 17th-century house located in Moreton, Thame. The building features a ground floor that is rendered, likely over brick, with timber framing and rendered infill above. It has a thatched roof and brick stacks at each end. The cottage is a single storey with an attic and has a two-window range. There is a plank door with an open gabled porch on the right side. The windows are irregularly arranged and consist of 20th-century casements, and there are two swept dormers. The interior has not been inspected.
