Description
Parkgrange Farmhouse is a farmhouse dating from the 17th century, possibly incorporating an earlier structure, with a late 18th-century addition to the right. The building is roughcast, likely over timber framing, with roughcast, probably over brick, on the right side. It features an old plain-tile roof and is two stories tall with a four-window range. There is a four-panel part-glazed door to the right of the center, a tripartite unhorned sash window to the left of the center, and a four-panel unhorned sash window to the right. The ground and first floors on the left have four-light casements, while a six-pane horned sash window is located on the first floor to the left of the center. There is a four-pane single-light casement to the right of the center and a 16-pane unhorned sash window to the right. A cross-gable is present on the left side, and some timber framing is visible at the rear. The interior has not been inspected but is likely to be of interest. Additionally, there is a 19th-century single-storey addition to the left.
