Description

The Old Stores is a house dating from the mid to late 18th century. It is constructed of English bond brick and features a gabled old tile roof. The building has brick symmetrical end stacks and a rear lateral stack, forming an L-plan with a rear left wing. It stands two storeys tall and has a symmetrical three-window range. There is a segmental arch over a 20th-century door, which is flanked by elliptical arches over 20th-century three-light casements. Timber lintels support similar first-floor casements, and there is a blind window above the door. The rear outshut and the two-storey wing have two-light casements with Gothick heads. The interior has not been inspected.
