Description
Charity Farmhouse is probably of early 18th century origin. It is a red brick farmhouse with flared brick headers and a plain tile roof, featuring brick stacks. The building likely follows a lobby entry plan. It is single-storey with an attic and has a two-window front. The entrance is through a six-panel door within an open brick porch, which has a gabled roof covered in plain tiles. A two-light casement window is located to the left. There are three-light casement windows to the left of centre and to the right. Two gabled dormers are present. The roof is half-hipped to the left. A ridge stack is positioned centrally, and an end stack is on the right. The interior was not inspected.
