Description
The Malt House is a house that may have originally been a malt house. It dates from the early 18th century and was likely raised in the early 19th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. The building features an uncoursed stone rubble plinth with brick dressings, and the main structure is made of uncoursed stone rubble with brick dressings, while the upper part of the first floor is constructed of red brick. The roof is covered with old plain tiles and has brick ridge stacks positioned to the left and right of the center. There is a 20th-century ribbed door located to the right of the center, and the windows are irregularly placed, consisting of 20th-century casements with leaded lights. The interior has not been inspected.
