Description

This early 19th-century building consists of Nos. 93 to 97 Woodstock Road, forming a group. The exterior is of stucco, with rustication on the ground floor and a band at the first-floor level. The building is two storeys and has an attic. The ground floor has one window in an arched frame, and four windows above, all sash windows with glazing bars. The doors are six-panel affairs: No. 93 has a fanlight, No. 95 a plain light, and No. 97 a blocked light. It features a broken modillion eaves cornice and a parapet. The roof is slate and includes modern dormers.
