Description
This building, dating from 1887 to 1891, is a mission hall with an attached house, designed by H.W. Moore. It is constructed of red brick with stone dressings, and includes a modern shop front. The hall, which has a gabled end facing the street, is two storeys high. A doorway on the ground floor is flanked by a three-light window on either side, with these windows being joined by a five-light window above the door. All windows have ornate stone frames. Above the ground floor windows are three arches, each containing a three-light window. The roof is covered in red tiles. The attached house is two storeys high with an attic. It has three casement windows on the first floor, above which is a dormer window. A two-storey, tile-hung gable faces Boulter Street.
