Description
The Old School, built between 1899 and 1900 by Leonard Stokes, is a two-storey building with ashlar facing and red brick rear elevations. The central block is flanked by single-storey wings that are taller at the back. It features a pointed arched doorway with a three-light mullioned window above it. There is a sculpted panel between the door and the window, although it is now hidden by a company board. On either side of the entrance, there are two-storey, seven-light mullioned bay windows. The building is topped with a slate roof that includes a timber bell cupola.
