Description

30 St Giles Street is a Grade II listed house located on the corner of Keble Road. This building dates from the early 17th century and features two storeys, constructed of rubble and timber framing, with cellars, two gables, and a brown tile roof. While there are modern additions, the first floor includes original bracketed oriel windows with six lights and five-light windows in the gables. Inside, the house contains two well-preserved 18th-century panelled rooms on the ground floor, along with fireplaces. The property was restored in 1962.
