Description
No 21 on High Street is a late 18th-century house and shop that stands four stories tall. It features a stuccoed timber frame with a decorative eaves cornice and parapet that includes mouldings and modillions. Each floor has two sash windows set in moulded frames, with the first-floor windows having additional moulded architraves. In 1929, the upper floors were converted into rooms for Brasenose College. The building has a modern shopfront, and the roof is not visible. This property is part of a group of listed buildings on the north side of High Street.
