Description

Pembroke College's East Range was built between 1626 and 1670. It is located in the Main Quadrangle, with a new building on the southeast that connects to the Master's Lodging. The inner faces of the Main Quadrangle were refaced in 1829-30, along with a partial refacing of the external south elevation. The masons involved in the construction included William Edward, followed by Thomas Knight, and later John Townesend in 1691.
