Description
Pembroke College's South Range and Chapel were originally built in 1485, forming part of the main quadrangle. The Chapel was extended to the west according to designs by William Townesend between 1728 and 1732, constructed from Headington stone, primarily funded by Bartholomew Tipping. The interior was redecorated by C. E. Kempe in 1884.
