Description

58 Holywell Street is a house that features a 19th-century refronting or rebuilding of what was likely a 17th-century structure. It is three stories tall, constructed of stuccoed brick with cellars, and has a rusticated stone ground floor. A decorative band is present at the first floor, along with a moulded eaves cornice. Behind the parapet, there are two gabled attic dormers, with one being larger than the other. The house has brick stacks and three modern sash windows set in plain stone reveals with stone cills. This building is part of a group of listed buildings on the south side of Holywell Street.
