Description

No. 18 Holywell Street is a house dating from the 19th century, featuring a front that is three stories high and covered in stucco, possibly over brick. It has cellars and attic dormers concealed behind a parapet. The rear and the east top gable are constructed in modern red brick. The building has rusticated quoins and a moulded eaves cornice. On the ground floor, there are two sash windows with stepped keystones, while the upper floor windows have plain reveals and stone cills. The front doorway, located at the east end of the south front, is topped with a stone hood supported by scroll brackets. All the listed buildings on the north side of Holywell Street form a group.
