Description

Wisteria House is a house that likely dates from the late 17th century. It is constructed of coursed regular ironstone rubble and features a stone slate roof laid in diminishing courses. The building has two brick end stacks set on stone bases and is designed in an L-plan. It has a five-window range and consists of two storeys plus an attic. The central panelled door is topped by a rectangular overlight. There are four windows on the ground floor and five windows on the first floor, all of which are wood mullioned and transomed. However, the windows on the ground floor and first floor to the right are now blocked. The house also includes two gabled attic dormers. The interior has not been inspected.
